Countdown to re-launch

Hello Team 2006! Sign-ups for a new NaNoWriMo begin on October 1. We're all working 18 hours a day to finish up site text, load in new icons, and get everything to a reasonably functional state before opening the site for another year of creative mayhem. Our exact re-launch time will depend on several things, including the speed with which Russ eats his birthday cake (happy birthday, Russ!), the number of last-minute changes we need to
make, and the supply of Kade's coffee in our bean hopper. We will tell you this, however: It will happen sometime before 11:59 PM, Pacific Time, on October 1.

I'm very, very excited.
